As part of the official announcement by HR earlier related to initiation of the Performance Appraisal Activity, please find below the link to fill out and submit the form as per below steps.

1. Click on this link please: https://hremp.corral-labs.com
2. Enter your credentials given below to log in.
a. Username: Rihan
b. Password: Rihan Pass
3. Click on the “Appraisal Form” link on the left top of the screen to open the form.
4. Please rate yourself against all Performance Review items listed on the left side of the screen.
5. Hover the mouse over the “ ? ” sign in front of each item to know more about it.
6. Once you have entered your ratings, enter your comments (if any) within the “Remarks” section.
7. Once you are done, press the “Submit” button.
8. Log out of the portal.
Once you “Submit” the form, your form would automatically be forwarded to your Supervisor for his rating and consequent approval from your Head of Department.
